Guidelines for K.1 Class 2022/2023 Admission Procedure

Admission for all grades of the year 2022/2023 opens for application soon and details are as the following :

 

Application Form available date :

20th September to 11th October (Mon to Fri)  9:00am to 4:00pm

25th September, 2nd and 9th October (Sat)     9:00am to 11:30am

        

*Obtain the Form at school in person in office hours.

The Form can also be downloaded on school website after 9:30am on 20th September (Mon).

K.1 Application Form submission date : ​

7th October (Thur)​9:00am to 4:00pm

8th October (Fri)​9:00am to 4:00pm 

9th October (Sat)​9:00am to 11:30am  

11th October (Mon)​9:00am to 4:00pm

*Application for two years old children N.1 class is not yet accepted at the mean time, it will be opened on 22nd November 2021.

Application Information : Obtain the application either from school in person or download on school website, complete the application form appropriately and submit to school office with relevant documents.

 

Children apply for K.1 class must be born before the year 2019.

First Round Interview date

6th or 13th November 2021 (Sat) 9:00am to 12:00 ; 1:15pm to 4:00pm

(13th November 2021(Sat) will be selected for surplus interviewees in case).

Interview Result

6th December 2021 (Mon)

(Interview result will be sent to parent by mail and posted on the school website after 6:30pm on the same day.)

Registration

Parent must bring along the Registration Certificate to school for Admission Registration during the following periods :

6th & 7th January 2022 (Thur & Fri)​8:30am to 3:00pm or

8th January 2022 (Sat)​8:30am to 11:00am

Remarks : You are advised to use public transportation when you come to school, car park of the school only serves vehicles of the church and designated school buses.

 

Remarks :

1. Submit the followings to school : Completed Application Form, two passport photos, a copy and the original of Birth Certificate (for verification), the original and a copy of Immunization Record(first page and content), a long envelop self addressed(with $2 stamped and the Chinese name of the child and address must be written on the envelop), $40 application fee.

2. If parent or elder sibling of the applicant is an alumni or a current student of our school should submit a copy of relevant document (original one must be provided for verification), like student hand book or graduate certificate (if applicable). If applicant possesses a baptism certificate should submit a copy (original one must be provided for verification).

3. The appointed Interview Time is non-changeable, if applicant is absent, there will be no alternative appointment.

4. The admission result will be disseminated by post and on line.

5. Kindergarten and Child Care Centre registration fee for half day class is $970 and full day class is $1570 (the fee will be refunded in September 2022). All fees are non-refundable if the quota is waived on your own.

6. There is no integrated quota for student with Special Educational Needs in our school.

7. Agency school bus service is provided and the bus routes only run part of the Tuen Mun area. (Tel : 94310870 for enquiry)

8. All submitted documents will not be returned and all material and information will be totally destroyed after the application process is completed. Applicant is eligible to refer to, correct and update personal information. You are free to contact school if there is inquiry.
